These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services made available via playamowin-au.com in connection with the brand profile Playamo. - Website means the internet site available at https://playamowin-au.com and any related mobile or mirror versions through which the Operator offers online casino and gambling services to Users linked to Playamo.
- User or Player means any natural person who accesses the Website, creates an account or otherwise uses the services, irrespective of residence, including Australian-based users who access the service on an offshore basis.
- Account means the personal, non-transferable user account created by a Player on the Website for the purpose of participating in gambling activities and managing funds.

Account Registration

- Legal capacity: By registering an Account, you confirm that you have full legal capacity to enter into binding contracts.

User Obligations
- Accuracy of data: You must ensure that all registration information is true, accurate and complete and remains so at all times. You must promptly update your details via the Account interface or by contacting support at [email protected].
- One account only: You may hold only one (1) Account on the Website. Creating multiple Accounts (including using different emails, devices, IP addresses or identities) is prohibited and may result in closure of all related Accounts and forfeiture of funds and Bonuses.
- Password security: You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and must not share them with any third party. Any activity conducted under your Account will be deemed to have been carried out by you.
- Unauthorised access: If you suspect that your Account has been compromised, you must immediately change your password and notify the Operator at [email protected].
- Use on own behalf: You may use the Services only on your own behalf and not as an agent, nominee, trustee or representative of any other person.
Betting & Gameplay Rules
General Gameplay Conditions
- Game rules: Each Game available on the Website is subject to its own rules, paytables and specific terms provided by the Operator or the relevant game supplier. By placing a Bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable game rules.
- Random number generator (RNG): Outcomes of applicable Games are determined by a certified RNG solution. The RNG platform provider (SoftSwiss) and its RNG have been certified by iTech Labs, with validity currently extended to 2026. Notwithstanding this, the certification may not be specific exclusively to Playamo, and you accept the RNG as final and binding for all purposes.
- Fair play: You must not attempt to manipulate Game outcomes, exploit software bugs, or use any form of automated tool or bot to gain an unfair advantage.
Placing Bets
- Funding requirement: You may place Bets only if your Account holds sufficient Real Money Balance or eligible Bonus Funds. Bets that would cause your balance to go negative will not be accepted.
- Minimum and maximum bets: Minimum and maximum Bet sizes are set per Game and displayed within the Game interface. The Operator may change limits at any time.
- Bet confirmation: A Bet is deemed placed and accepted once it has been recorded on the Operator's servers. The transaction log maintained by the Operator is conclusive evidence of all Bets and Game outcomes.
- Currency: Bets are placed in the currency displayed in your Account. Currency exchange rates, where applicable, are determined by the Operator or its payment providers.
Cancellation and Modification of Bets
- Player-initiated changes: Once a Bet has been placed and accepted, you cannot cancel, amend or withdraw it, except where the Game rules expressly permit such action before the event starts or the spin is triggered.
- Operator-initiated voiding: The Operator may void, cancel or reverse Bets in its discretion, including where:
- a technical failure or error has caused an incorrect Bet acceptance, incorrect payout or malfunctioning Game;
- the Bet or outcome results from a manifest error, including obvious mispricing or incorrect game configuration;
- you have breached these Terms, including by using multiple Accounts, bonus abuse or collusion.
- Technical issues: In case of disconnection, server failure or similar technical problems, the Operator will strive to restore the Game state to that last recorded on its servers. If restoration is not possible, the Operator may void the affected Bets and refund the Bet amount to your Account, without any obligation to pay winnings that would have resulted.
Conduct in Live Casino, Chats and Communications
- Respectful behaviour: In any live casino, chat room or direct communication with staff or other Players, you must:
- refrain from insults, threats, harassment, discrimination, hate speech or obscene language;
- not promote illegal activities, including unlicensed gambling, money laundering or drug use;
- not share personal data of others or encourage self-harm or excessive gambling.
- Prohibition of fraud and collusion: You must not:
- collude with other Players or third parties to gain unfair advantage;
- engage in chip dumping, advantage play based on software vulnerabilities, or syndicate betting;
- use scripts, bots, or automated systems to participate in Games.
- Enforcement: The Operator may monitor communications, record sessions and retain logs to investigate suspected breaches. The Operator may mute chat, restrict access, void Bets, confiscate funds or close Accounts in cases of serious or repeated misconduct.
Bonus Terms
Bonus Activation
- Eligibility: Bonuses and promotions offered on playamowin-au.com in connection with Playamo are available only to registered Players who meet the specific criteria stated in each offer (e.g., minimum deposit, promo code, country eligibility).
- Bonus credits: A Bonus is credited to your Account once you satisfy the conditions described in the relevant promotion (for example, making a qualifying deposit and entering a bonus code) and after the Operator has confirmed activation.
- Time-limited offers: Each Bonus is subject to a validity period (for example, 7 - 30 days from activation). Unless otherwise specified, Bonuses and any related free spins or tournament entries that are not used within the specified period will expire and be removed from your Account.
Wagering Requirements and Withdrawal Restrictions
- Standard wagering: Unless explicitly stated otherwise, Bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (for example, the Bonus amount must be wagered a specified number of times) before any associated winnings become withdrawable. - colluding with other Players to meet wagering requirements quickly or share Bonuses;
- placing low-risk or offsetting Bets (e.g., betting both red and black in roulette) solely to unlock Bonus funds;
- depositing, receiving a Bonus, and then placing one or a few high-risk Bets to generate disproportionate winnings ("bonus hunting").
Combining Promotions
- No automatic stacking: Bonuses generally cannot be combined unless the promotional terms explicitly allow this. If multiple Bonuses are available, the Operator may require that one Bonus be completed or forfeited before another is activated.
- Priority of terms: In the event of any inconsistency between these general Bonus Terms and the specific rules of a promotion, the specific promotion rules will prevail to the extent of the inconsistency.
Payments & Withdrawals
Deposits
- Payment methods: The Website may support a range of deposit methods, which can include:

Operator's Obligations

Exclusions and Limitations

Termination & Suspension
Operator's Rights
- Suspension and closure: The Operator may suspend or terminate your Account, in whole or in part, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, particularly where:

- you engage in fraud, money laundering, collusion, Bonus abuse or other prohibited conduct;

Consequences of Termination

Governing Law & Jurisdiction
- Governing law: These Terms, your Account and your use of the Services are governed by the laws of Curaçao, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.

- the Services are provided from offshore and are not licensed by Australian authorities;
